I would highly recommend staying here. A beautiful home with bright open space, character and a cosy feel. A very short walk to the beach front, which has a footpath that takes you along the coastline into town! Quiet and peaceful area, just gorgeous! James is a great host!

We had a fantastic stay at James - Happy Holiday Homes! The property is perfectly located right in the heart of Dunsborough, just across from the pub and shopping centre, making it super convenient for everything you need. The house itself is spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of 10 without feeling crowded.The kitchen is a standout feature—beautifully designed and fully equipped with high-quality appliances, crockery, and cutlery, making meal prep an absolute pleasure. The outdoor area is another highlight; it’s a peaceful spot to relax, enjoy the birds, and soak in the calm atmosphere.Highly recommend this property for groups or families wanting comfort, convenience, and a touch of nature right in town.

Lovely place, clean surroundings. One of the best accommodation I’ve stayed with very complete amenities but didn’t feel too cluttered at all. All my family members love the place and felt home.

What a fantastic place to stay & fabulous host. Quick response to any request - absolutely one of the all time best places we have stayed. The views are amazing - you can enjoy the sunset & watch surfers from the top balcony. Facilities excellent, covering all your needs. We definitely hope to return - thank you James! We enjoyed our stay at Casandra. Felt right at home, very comfortable bed plus the house had lots of space. Very quiet with nice view over the golf course.James was vey responsive and we would recommend to anyone thinking of staying at Casandra, to do so.

We adore staying at this house due to how close it is to the city centre, but how peaceful and big it is. Everything is spotless and we always feel right at home here. There are also things included that are fun for a family to enjoy e.g. smart Tv with all streaming apps included, firepit outside, and table tennis. James is always easy to communicate with and proactive. We look forward to our next stay here.
